Beef Tallow Chips- Sea Salt, 5oz

Beef Tallow Chips- Sea Salt, 5oz

Board wax softens on the sun-baked dash. Salt crystals dust your skin. Your damp gi hangs over a weathered fence, dancing in the coastal breeze. The bag tears with a satisfying crinkle—sun-warmed chips snap crisp between your teeth. Rich tallow dissolves into the perfect crunch. Sea salt kisses your fingers and lips like fresh ocean mist.

Dawn patrol ends with you beside your dripping board, watching the blood-orange sun pierce the horizon. After rolling at noon, your sweat-heavy gi lands in a heap across your backseat. Cruising that winding coastal road—windows down, salt-thick air rushing through your hair. A bag of Hānai's tucked faithfully in your side pocket, sharing space with zinc sunblock and spare fins, all wrapped in that still-damp, sand-speckled towel.

Why are seed oils bad for you?

Most chips are cooked in highly processed seed oils like canola, soybean, and sunflower oil. These oils weren’t in our ancestors’ diets, and for good reason—seed oils are loaded with unstable polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) that oxidize easily, leading to inflammation, sluggish energy, and long-term health risks.

Unlike natural fats, seed oils go through an intense industrial process that includes high-heat extraction, chemical solvents like hexane, and deodorization to mask rancidity. This process strips away nutrients and creates harmful byproducts, including oxidized fats and inflammatory compounds.

How long do they last?

Our chips are real food, without any artificial stabilizers or preservatives. Enjoy them within a month of arrival- if you can manage to wait that long.

A $9 bag of chips?

Our prices allow us to cook you seed-oil free chips at a small-scale. As we grow, our biggest priority is making our chips affordable for all, so that you no longer need to support snack monopolies that place profits over customers. With your help, we’ll be able to get there.

Not in stock?
