Sourcing

Every Thursday, a few friends and I would head to a farm on the east side of Oahu.

Lush, green, buzzing with life. We’d spend the day digging into the earth, planting, harvesting—drenched in sweat, hands covered in dirt, the sun beating down. Hard work, but there’s something deeply satisfying about it. Watching food grow, being part of that process—it just hits different.

Technically, we weren’t volunteering. Our “paycheck” came in the form of fresh-squeezed orange juice, perfectly ripe starfruit, and the kind of exhaustion that feels good. But really, we weren’t there for the fruit. We were there for the connection—to the land, the food, and something real.

That’s the same connection we want you to have with what you eat. No mystery ingredients, no shady sourcing—just real food from real people.

Here’s where your chips come from:

  • Tallow from @locuspointcattle in PA, rendered by @johnbrownbutchery in MD.
  • @redmondsrealsalt, mined from an ancient seabed in Utah, untouched by modern pollutants.

No seed oils. No weird additives. Just real food, made the right way.
